The company takes pride in being the pioneers of the open-plan gated community concept in the region, which is now recognized as the future for sustainable living in East Africa. Superior Homes plans to diversify into hospitality and leisure by offering holidays at its three sites while continuing to develop beautiful houses within outstanding environments.

Built on a Promise
Superior Homes Kenya began with a single conviction that East Africans deserved more than four walls. They deserved communities. We broke ground on what would become East Africa’s first open-plan master-planned gated community, and in doing so, redefined what home ownership could look like on this continent. Twenty years later, that conviction has produced a large number of homes, multiple communities across Kenya, and a publicly listed company that has never missed a delivery promise.
